I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss (including perinatal loss), and life transitions. I also support adults experiencing general anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, adjustment difficulties, chronic illness, as well as caregivers of individuals with chronic illnesses.

My strengths-based, client-centered approach provides a compassionate, supportive space to explore challenges while working toward practical, meaningful change. With extensive experience in hospice and bereavement care across the lifespan, I help clients build resilience, restore balance, and move toward a richer, more fulfilling life.
