I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor. Post graduate school, I've received formal training in various research based modalities including Internal Family Systems, CBT, AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), Relational Life Therapy, Emotionally Focused therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy.
