If you've hit a crossroad in your life; if you're in a place you don’t want to be and want to make changes; if you are having difficulty with your relationships; feeling lost, confused; managing anxiety or depression - I am here to partner with you to navigate these challenges and get to a place where you feel confident, empowered, & content in your life. Sessions are likely to be conversational, warm, supportive and real (with a dose of humor!) I am a provider that values authenticity - who I am in the session is who I am outside of the session - my hope is you will feel safe to do the same.
My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey and help you discover (or re-discover) your strengths, help identify your “blind spots” & find creative solutions. We will look at where you are now, how you got there, and find a path toward where you want to be. Lots of work on mindset, finding your power & creating the life YOU want for yourself!
