Hello there, my hope is that I can help you reach the quality of life you are seeking. My expertise is in individual and family counseling, with a specialization in child and adolescent psychology. I work with individuals, families, adolescents, and adults, addressing attachment trauma that can span a lifetime. Childhood wounds often manifest in present relationships, and I focus on helping foster individuals find emotional balance as these injuries can lead to depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.
My training includes completing supervision to be certified in EMDR, that aids individuals in reprocessing traumatic experiences. Additionally, I am trained in DNMS, which assists both adults and children with attachment injuries. Furthermore, I have training as a Theraplay and TBRI practitioner.
My extensive trauma training may also benefit adoptive parents who discover that their own childhood wounds become activated through adoption challenges. My passion lies in supporting those facing difficult circumstances, aiming for life enrichment and resolution.
