I am a Licensed professional counselor and chemical dependency counselor. I provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive therapy. With experience in diverse settings, I have helped individuals from a wide range of cultural and spiritual backgrounds navigate challenges from everyday stress to severe mental health issues. I am passionate about guiding those who feel stuck in the past, are facing life transitions, or are working on self-improvement toward creating meaningful and fulfilling lives.
My areas of expertise include trauma/PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, couples therapy, grief, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I have additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Gottman Method, and Prepare Enrich.
