I use a trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Attachment Theory, and trauma-informed care. In our first few sessions, you can expect to feel heard, supported, and empowered.
