Hi, I’m Dr. Julie Englert, a licensed psychologist who provides both individual therapy and psychological testing. I know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I aim to create a safe, collaborative space where you can feel heard and supported.
I work with young adults through adulthood, and many of my clients come to me for help with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity concerns, and career challenges. In addition to working with adults, I also bring extensive experience supporting college students as they navigate academic, social, and personal changes.
My approach is warm and relational. I draw from a variety of treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, while also integrating mindfulness, attachment theory, & trauma-informed care. I tailor therapy to each client, helping you build coping skills, strengthen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change.
