I received Certification through the Institute of Meditation and Psychotherapy in 2011. I integrate meditation/mindfulness practices that encourage present moment awareness with my clients. When life becomes overwhelming, our breath becomes the bridge connecting our body, mind and heart, allowing us to return to stillness with compassion and kindness.
