I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and their families. I have extensive experience in crisis intervention. I support adolescents and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harming behaviors, substance use, isolation, ADHD, behavioral challenges, school difficulties, and family or relationship concerns.
In addition, I work with adults navigating relationship and parenting challenges, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, and major life transitions.
