About
There are times of life when emotional pain is overwhelming. During those times, working with a therapist brings relief, and helps those struggling to reach their potential. I specialize in providing that kind of help. For more than a decade I've counseled people of all ages, helping empower them to rely on personal strengths, discover a sense of purpose, and appreciate a greater sense of self worth. It's humbling to witness people demonstrate resilience when overcoming difficult issues. In my practice I guide clients as they discern how to be and feel their best.
I specialize in working with adults wrestling with ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, peer relationships, coping skills, behavioral issues, and social interactions.
I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Master of Education in Leadership and Administration. I am excited to be accepting new clients, and I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. Please give me a call.
