I’m Julie and I’m a therapist practicing virtually from a tiny office in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. I work with clients across Colorado who are dealing with anxiety, depression and stress related to infertility, pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood to help them explore their emotions and learn effective coping skills. I also help couples and parents who want to communicate better and learn to resolve conflict in a healthier way. I utilize an empathetic, strengths- based approach to therapy.

I specialize in counseling for infertility, IVF, postpartum depression/anxiety, parenting and couples. I struggled with my own infertility/IVF for 8 years so I understand the unique feelings infertility brings. I have navigated the complex world of infertility and fertility treatments, including IUI and IVF, and want to help others walking a similar path.

Infertility Support Group

A support group for women struggling with infertility. This group will focus on empathetic support as well as learning healthy coping skills for the anxiety and depressive feelings that often accompany infertility. This new weekly group will meet on Zoom beginning June 12 at 3 pm. There is also a separate IVF support group specifically for those exploring or undergoing IVF. Please email for more details.
