Hello potential client and fellow human. I hope you are proud for taking steps toward improving your life experience. As the founder of Sapphire Counseling, I am dedicated to creating a trusting and comfortable environment where we can work together in identifying and hopefully, achieve your desired outcomes. I pride myself on being authentic, empathetic and skillful at building solid therapeutic relationships with my clients. I will work with you and do my best to make you feel at ease. While I will meet you where you're at in your process, I will assist you in challenging yourself. Change is scary and so is feeling stuck.

I have over a decade of experience working in recovery and grief support settings for people over the age of 18. I have supported life transitions, relationship concerns, depression, anxiety and a variety of other life and mental health stressors. While being present and solution focused, I think it is important to identify how our past has impact on today.

Therapy is not a passive experience and requires both of our efforts. I understand how daunting learning new things may be and believe we are all capable of growth. You do not have to go it alone.
