With over a decade of experience in mental health, I specialize in working with adolescents (14+) and adults navigating depression, anxiety, chronic health conditions, and life transitions.
I'm an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist with training in WPATH Standards of Care and experience supporting clients through gender exploration, dysphoria, and transitioning. I also work with ADHD, panic disorders, bipolar disorder, body image concerns, and acute PTSD.
