I have a master's degree in clinical psychology and 33 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor. My goal is to get to the root of the challenge, in a compassionate, nonjudgemental way. My passion is to help clients get unstuck, so they are free to pursue their passions.
I respect the opinions and experiences of my clients. We get to the root of their challenges with the goal of resolving them. At the start of working together, I offer a significant amount of education relative to their challenges. I believe that the truth sets us free so I equip them with as much truth as I can.
As sessions continue, I become less of a teacher and more of a coach, and supporter. I approach each client with humility, as each person's experience, process, and pace, are unique and should never be judged or compared to another's.
