I believe that often, our deepest experiences of harm and trauma take place within relationships, and the ways that others relate to us has an enormous impact on the ways we learn to relate to ourselves. My work with clients often centers around exploring and integrating past experiences of harm, and through this, inviting clients to new ways of relating to themselves in the present. I am passionate about helping clients grow in self-awareness, courage, and self-compassion.
While I work with a wide range of issues, I particularly enjoy working with college students, individuals recovering from betrayal or abuse in relationships, individuals seeking to address past trauma, and individuals seeking support around dating and romantic relationships.
I also offer EMDR and Lifespan Integration for clients who are interested.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, highly relational, and collaborative. I bring a strong attachment focus to my work and I believe the relationship we create together has immense potential for healing. It would be an honor to be a part of this journey with you.
