There are times in our lives when we may feel overwhelmed, powerless, or hopeless. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma related to your partner or other relational issues, I believe I can help. My approach to treatment is from a place of empathy and unconditional positive regard for my clients in order to create a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance. Together we can build a stronger, healthier, more resilient you.
I have extensive training in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and problems with regulating emotions, sexual addiction, and intimacy-blocking behaviors. My treatment style is eclectic utilizing various treatment modalities from a trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral perspective, DBT, mindfulness practices as well as motivational interviewing and shame resilience techniques.
