You’re not stuck – You might just need a different way through.
Healing doesn’t only happen through talking—it happens through the body, too. Trauma, stress, and emotional pain often live in the nervous system, which is why I integrate movement and body awareness into sessions when it feels helpful.
This might look like noticing physical sensations, incorporating gentle movement, learning how to regulate your body in moments of overwhelm, or simply taking a short walk to help ground you in the moment. These approaches can open new ways of accessing and processing experiences that words alone sometimes cannot reach.
Whether you’re navigating addiction, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, we’ll work together to better understand what’s beneath the surface and how to move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
I work to create a space that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in respect. I am an ally and welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. You don’t have to shrink yourself or fit into a mold here—You’re encouraged to take up space just as you are. Let's work together to help your mind and body find their way back to balance.
