For the past 19 years, I have been working with children, adolescents and their families to resolve anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and ADHD related issues. I am trained in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) for children and adolescents as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), play therapy and family therapy.
I carefully assess the situation affecting your child or adolescent, and then we work together to create a plan that works best for your family.
Seeing your child or adolescent in pain is one of the most difficult things a family can experience. Working with a therapist who is warm, experienced and well trained to guide you through this time is a worthwhile investment in your family's future. PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT ON INSURANCE PANELS.
