My ideal clients are parents navigating the challenges of raising a child, teen, or young adult with PANDAS/PANS, as well as adults struggling with trauma or anxiety. Many feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in survival mode. I help clients better understand what’s happening beneath the surface, regulate their nervous systems, and move toward lasting healing. Using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and over 25 years of clinical experience, I provide compassionate, practical support tailored to each client’s unique needs.
My practice focuses on two specialty areas: PANDAS/PANS and trauma.
I help children, teens, adults, and families navigate these challenges with compassionate, evidence-based care using EMDR, IFS, ERP, and nervous system regulation.
Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re navigating PANDAS/PANS, trauma, anxiety, or OCD, I’ll meet you with compassion, understanding, and practical support. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to help you take the next step.
