I draw from multiple treatment approaches including but not limited to Person-centered, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT), and always through a Trauma focused lens.
I bring nine years experience in counseling and over twenty years as fierce advocate for children, teens, adults, and families exposed to and/or struggling with mental illness & injury, substance abuse, and/or domestic and sexual violence.
I have worked extensively in the fields of domestic and sexual violence and offer an insight and understanding of the unique challenges faced by survivors in any stage of their healing.
