Julie has worked with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, relationship/familial issues, PTSD, substance abuse and clients with histories of trauma and abuse. Julie had gained her experience by working in substance abuse and outpatient hospital affiliated mental health clinics.
Julie builds a therapeutic relationship with her clients based on trust and a judgment-free zone. She meets her clients where they are and lets them go at their own pace. Julie treats each client as an individual and helps them to build on their own strengths to overcome any adversity they are dealing with.
