I help clients create meaning in their lives through an accepting, unconditional counseling relationship. I use Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, and EMDR therapeutic approaches to help my clients uncover their genuine “truth” and to help them live a more fulfilling and authentic life.
My specialties include working with adults and adolescents who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and "existential angst".
While we can't always change difficult situations, we can work together to view those situations through a new lens in order to create a different perspective and create effective solutions.
