Are you feeling stuck in a pattern of viewing your world through a negative lens? My goal is to help you become empowered to view your world in a different way. I help clients create meaning in their lives through an accepting, unconditional counseling relationship. I use Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic approaches to help my clients uncover their genuine “truth” and to help them live a more fulfilling and authentic life.
My specialties include working with adults and adolescents who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and "existential angst".
While we can't always change difficult situations, we can work together to view those situations through a new lens in order to create a different perspective and create effective solutions. If you're looking for extra support and guidance or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
