About
I am an integrative practitioner that specializes in anxiety, trauma and complex trauma. I believe therapy is all about the right fit between therapist and client as the foundation of healing and resiliency.
My therapeutic approach incorporates Somatic Psychology, Neuroscience (Polyvagal Theory), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR. These specialties allow us to work from a mind-body perspective of health and well-being. I am also a body-positive practitioner, an accessible yoga and registered yoga teacher.
