Throughout my experience as a clinician, I have found a multimodal approach to be most beneficial. I highly value the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based practices to help people achieve their goals. Additionally, as an EMDR Certified Therapist, I have the ability to meet the needs of most clients in an all encompassing way.
