I am accepting new clients. I am an experienced international trauma informed Wellness Coach, Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and approved Brainspotting consultant, Tong Ren Practitioner, Reiki II healer, and Registered Art Therapist. I have over 15 years experience with many certifications and education. I currently blend trauma informed coaching, Brainspotting, somatic and cognitive based approaches for healing, processing and managing emotions, challenging negative thought patterns, and fostering personal growth.
My expertise spans across various life challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, feeling stuck, major life changes, grief and loss, complex trauma/PTSD, blockages, gender identity, performance issues, and repetitive behavior patterns that are difficult to change.
My practice is built upon the core principles of kindness, open-mindedness, and non-judgment, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients. By employing a strength-based, trauma-informed, and integrative methodology, I collaborate with individuals to identify the areas they wish to address and guide them towards positive change and success.
