About
Life's challenges can sometimes seem overwhelming. You don't have to walk through it alone. Finding the courage to ask for help can be a powerful step on the path to healing. I believe that when people are listened to, understood, and accepted, they can connect to their inner wisdom, build resiliency, and cultivate a sense of well-being. My intention is to create a welcoming, supportive, respectful environment in which you can feel safe to share your truth.
While I can teach you strategies for managing anxiety, learning to speak more kindly to yourself, or strengthening your relationships, I find that the most powerful thing I have to offer is that I show up with my whole self, and do my best to be fully present with whatever arises in the people I serve.
Head over to my website to schedule a complimentary phone consultation. I'm looking forward to learning more about what you are looking for and how I might be able to help.
