I provide both in-person therapy in Danvers and telehealth sessions across the state. I work well with neurodivergent teens, young adults, and caregivers navigating overwhelm, school avoidance, burnout, or identity questions. Many of the people I support feel misunderstood or stuck in systems that don’t honor who they are. They’re looking for validation, clarity, and support that aligns with their lived experience. I am currently accepting prospective clients for my waitlist only. If you would like to add yourself or your child, please complete the interest form on my website. I offer trauma-informed, neuro and PDA-affirming therapy rooted in relational, person-centered care. I specialize in PDA, AuDHD, caregiver stress, and school-based challenges. Together, we build insight, regulation, and strategies that honor your strengths.
