I support individuals and couples navigating religious trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and those seeking LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming support. Those who have experienced pain, disappointment, and distress in faith communities are especially drawn to my work. It can be isolating to deconstruct or reconsider long-held beliefs or spiritual practices that once held a lot of hope and meaning, and to lose connection with others who don't share your new beliefs.
Healing past wounds and relational trauma is fueled by connection to both self and others. Relationships, connection, and community are all essential to finding fulfillment, self-compassion, and hope for the future. My goal is to help you develop self-compassion, cultivate your identity and values, and create meaningful and lasting relationships.
