Disenfranchised Grief Writing & Support Group

This group is for you if you're seeking a compassionate and supportive space to express and process experiences of disenfranchised grief—particularly grief that others might not recognize, understand, or validate. This could be related to a friend break-up, the death of a pet, a significant life transition, loss of a job, and more. Using writing, small group sharing, and group discussion, you’ll experience an environment of support and a container for your grief process. Next cohort begins in May of 2025.

8-Week Support Group for Associate Therapists

The journey toward licensure is both meaningful and demanding. As an associate therapist, you’re navigating the realities of clinical work, supervision, and the emotional toll of holding space for others while also navigating the current political moment, the strain of capitalism, climate crisis, and more. This group is designed as a supportive container for pre-licensed associates to process the challenges of early-career clinical work. Whether you're wrestling with imposter syndrome, seeking more sustainable self-care, or simply craving community with others who understand the nuances of this phase—you’re not alone. LGBTQIA+ affirming.
