Sometimes, life is more intense than ever expected. You have found this to be a difficult time as you are faced with a great loss in your life. You deserve a therapist that is well trained in your life experience. I focus exclusively on grief - grief that accompanies the loss of a loved one and transitioning into a caregiver role. Groups are an extremely helpful way to learning to live with grief and find your way as you live with the loss of your loved one. Online Groups & Self-Guided Programs are created to lift barriers to quality support for caregivers to folks in rural areas to busy professionals to create life balance.
Grief is best supported though the integration of various approaches. Grief is so unique and your support should allow you to explore various parts of your relationship as well as making meaning into your new way of living. You can expect groups to include education, storytelling, creative exploration and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique aka Tapping).
I get it. I struggled and found my new way of living. All groups are available Online and OFF Social Media. You choose to participate in a live group or go through the program in your own time. Life is uncertain right now, you live moment to moment, breath to breath at times... your support can be that flexible to meet you where you are in your grief.
