Sometimes, life is more intense than ever expected. You deserve a therapist that is well trained in your life experience. I focus exclusively on grief, fertility issues, and new parenting support. We all are impacted by challenges throughout life. You will receive compassion and sensitivity as you learn about your health, explore options, cope with relationships, make decisions and adjust to life. You will have a companion through the unknowns of fertility treatment, adding a new child through pregnancy or adoption or grief after the loss of a loved one, an unsuccessful treatment or perinatal loss. I get it. I struggled too.
Therapy is your time to develop insight to your unique situation and grow. You can expect to learn more about your personal emotions and ways to address difficult situations, explore new options for your life, improve your self confidence, regain your sense of self, and reclaim contentment and joy.
We all seek different types of support. Services are designed to meet you where you are, when you are - beyond in-person counseling. Podcast, blog and videos are available on www.JulieBlackburnLCPC.com. "First 52" and "Beyond Fertility" are just a few of the self-guided online education/group programs to fit into everyday life.
