With over 36 years of experience as an Addiction and Mental Health counselor, I am dedicated to helping adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, parenting struggles, codependency, behavioral problems, grief and loss, PTSD. My goal is to find out what works best for you, to explore solutions, to provide tools and strategies to make lasting changes. I provide education, explore feelings and provide alternatives to the frustrating patterns that sometimes develop in our lives.
I specialize in the treatment of addiction, depression and anxiety disorders, utilizing a cognitive behavioral approach. I am Certified Addiction Specialist and have worked extensively with bereavement, grief/loss issues, behavioral issues in children. I enjoy facilitating play therapy as well as working with parents on behavioral problem in their child.
