Navigating the challenges and joys of life often feels confusing and, at times, terrifying. Although, it's also liberating to honestly face oneself and learn how to meet those joys and challenges with confidence and purpose. I support clients in this process of healing and self-discovery with empathy, compassion and humor. I specialize in working with anxiety and depression, relationship and parenting stress, alcohol and substance use concerns, body image issues, trauma, and spirituality. I use my clinical experience and training, but also my lived experience as a mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend to inform my work.
I draw from my eclectic background and training in numerous healing traditions, like somatic and contemplative psychology, mindfulness-awareness practice and yoga, humanistic and feminist psychology, nutrition, philosophy, shamanic studies, and a deep reverence for nature to support my clients in healing and transformation.
