Greetings and congrats on taking an important step towards caring for yourself through seeking mental health support. We are experiencing uncertain times. The world seems upside down and it may be difficult to make sense of a lot of things right now. These constant shifts cause instability and many emotions which which can trigger past hurts and trauma. As we uncover your present life experiences and challenges, we will explore their effects on your life trajectory.
Seeking mental health support takes courage and strength so you have started the process to reaching your goals. Throughout our partnership, integrative evidence-based practices will be used to meet your outcomes. With guidance, support, and working collaboratively in a safe space, we will identify obstacles that block you from being your highest self.
You are hurting and prior attempts to remedy may not have helped. Once we meet for our 15 minute consultation to identify if I am the right fit for your needs, we will schedule an appointment to develop personalized plans that best suit you needs. Then we will partner to build on the strengths that we identify because you are the expert in your life.
