I offer sessions, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm-8:00pm and most Saturdays 10:00am-1:00pm. Sometimes we notice the same challenges showing up in our personal or work life, leaving us feeling drained or frustrated by our reactions with family, friends, or coworkers. You don’t have to face this alone. Together, we can gently explore these patterns, increase understanding, and discover ways to respond that feel calmer, clearer, and more aligned with who you want to be. Remember too...therapy doesn't have to be overwhelming, boring or stressful!
My approach to therapy is person-centered and solution focused. Our time will be interactive and engaging, together we will look to strengthen positive patterns of behavior and identify behaviors that are holding you back from the life you really want to live!
