I believe everyone has the capacity to heal and grow by connecting more deeply with their internal world, and strengthening meaningful connections with others. My approach helps integrate emotional resilience, self compassion, and navigating life’s challenges with greater ease. I value the therapeutic relationship as a safe, trusting space where lasting transformation can occur. I counsel adults in a private practice setting, as well as teach a variety of psychoeducational classes. I am an OBLPCT approved supervisor candidate, currently offering clinical supervision for both LPC and LMFT interns and registered associates.

My approach is trauma informed, attachment based, and grounded in Internal Family systems (IFS), offering a holistic path to healing. I am EMDR trained and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed. My specialties include depression, anxiety, relationships, and trauma recovery. I focus on creating a warm, non-judgmental environment for learning and growth.
