I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with in-person or virtual openings for individuals, kids and families. I help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship and parenting challenges, and the complex experiences tied to adoption and foster care. I have basic training in EMDR and am Level 1 Theraplay trained. I also utilize attachment based therapy and Polyvagal Theory concepts.
