We will focus on healing and change in a supportive and caring environment.

As a former teacher, I believe that knowledge is power. When appropriate, I use psychoeducation and bibliotherapy. My specialties are EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment Theory techniques.
