As a Director of MindWell Consulting, LLC, I provide therapy and coaching to individuals, couples, and families. In addition to providing individual therapy and coaching to diverse populations, I am also a parenting coach and public speaker. Through extensive work with children, adolescents, and parents, I have developed a wellness program that addresses the needs of today's family.
