I have traditional sessions and extended sessions to accommodate for Intensives and longer Ketamine sessions. These can be done in my Lawrence or Carmel Location, or virtually at home.
Intensives are dynamically-packed 2-5 hr sessions individually designed from the variety of what I have to offer: Advanced Level EMDR Protocols, Psycholytic Ketamine, Ego State Therapy, and Biofeedback (Neurofeedback, HeartMath or Safe and Sound Protocol).
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a clinically proven treatment for unprocessed trauma and distressing memories and allows the brain/body to heal. It includes 8 phases and 3 prongs and the average person can have 20-30 unprocessed events that hijack their mental health functioning. EMDR goes where words can't.
Rapid Dissolving Ketamine Tablets, prescribed through Journey Clinical, can be used at the pscholytic or psychedelic dosing and involves therapy. Most IV Ketamine and Spravato clinics do not have Psychedelic trained or certified therapists to integrate the work and maximize Ketamine benefits.
