About
I specialize in working with people that have complicated medical issues that impact mental health. My background is in health psychology, neurocognitive issues, suicide prevention, OCD and similar other related disorders, as well as end of life. Though I also enjoy working with families, and any other mental health issues. PTSD related to abuse is not my specialty.
I provide therapy for a wide range of issues impacting adults and seniors. My style is collaborative, empathic, and direct. I prefer Brief Solution Focused Therapy when it makes sense, but also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Prolonged Exposure for Trauma (PE), and hypnosis.
