My experience includes depression/mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, stress management, infertility, life transitions, and women's issues. I provide parenting assistance as well as family, couples, and individual therapy.
My approach includes being aware of patterns, building on strengths, and developing positive coping strategies. Awareness of one's patterns allows opportunity for change. Treatment with clients is individually based and utilizes a variety of theoretical perspectives including cognitive behavioral, strengths perspective, and solution-focused therapy.
I have 30 years of experience as an LMFT and 25 years experience as an AAMFT (American Association Marriage and Family Therapists) approved supervisor.
