Are you looking for support with relationships? Grief processing? Complex trauma, or Life-Transitions? I'm here to help you navigate goals to create the life you want. If you feel stuck, lost; anxious, or depressed there is hope. We can map out the path that leads to the life you want. Often toxic patterns from the past can influence the present and future. Let's get started building the life you desire.
I have worked over 20 years with youth and families serving in a variety of child/teen issues ranging from trauma (event(s), physical, and/or sexual) to anxiety/coping. I also have experience working with adults survivors of childhood trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and substance abuse.
Advocating for survivors safety and ending violence is a passion of mine. I cannot stop all the evil and challenges this life offers, but I can offer a safe place to process and heal. I am committed to finding solutions to help you thrive and heal from wounds.
