Providing strength-based attachment approaches to trauma symptoms is a specialty. It is a privilege and passion to be a resource and safe-space for those brave souls who are willing to put hard work into finding relief from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and dissociative symptoms. Whether it's personal growth, relationship hopes, recovery work, grief processing, complex trauma, or life-stages/transitions--I am committed to providing tools and strategies to help you feel empowered and supported in these pursuits.
I have worked over 20 years with youth and families serving in a variety of child/teen issues ranging from trauma (event(s), physical, and/or sexual) to anxiety/coping. I also have experience working with domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and substance abuse.
Advocating for survivors safety and ending violence is a passion of mine. I cannot stop all the evil and challenges this life offers, but I can offer a safe place to process and heal. I am committed to finding solutions to help you thrive and heal from wounds.
