Currently, I am able to accept new clients. My mission and passion is to educate, promote, and inspire physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health to individuals struggling with any of the following issues: eating disorders/disordered eating, physical activity, trauma/PTSD/anxiety, alcohol/drug abuse, and valued-living. Choosing a therapist to journey with during times of pain and struggle is a very important first step to self-healing. I meet clients where they are at, and work collaboratively to move in directions of values-based living, self-empowerment, personal knowledge, and healing.
I have over 13 years experience working with eating disorders and trauma, I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Therapist. I completed Level 1 Training for Internal Family Systems and completed an extensive two-year Mastery Level 1 Certification for Trauma/PTSD with Trauma Dynamics in Denver, CO. I help clients understand and work with traumatic memories.
Research has shown the value of integrating one's spirituality and/or faith belief system into the mental, emotional, and physical dimensions of a client's healing process.
