Through person-centered and depth perspective work, I recognize the unseen and underutilized parts of you, guiding you in drawing them out. Reconnecting with these lost parts of yourself will sustain you in your compassion-centered work.
With over 16 years of experience as a caregiver in various capacities, I understand some of the difficulties and hurdles of taking time for oneself and opening up about one's struggles. Therapy is a safe space to stop, breathe, and create honesty with oneself and to share with another.
