About
As a therapist who cares about her clients and their struggles, my goal is to help you achieve a fulfilling life while effectively handling any pain or suffering you may be experiencing. My method of therapy, called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, is an empirically supported approach that has been "astoundingly effective" with improving a wide range of problems, including depression, relationship issues, family conflict, poor self-worth, and stress at work.
If you are looking for support and guidance through a challenging situation, or if you are ready to move in a new direction in your life, feel free to contact me to schedule a consultation. I am happy to answer any questions you may have--no appointment needed, simply contact me at any time.
I provide counseling for couples and individuals within a comfortable and confidential office environment. As a client, you will receive a highly personalized approach tailored to your needs in order to attain the personal growth you want to achieve.
