I provide a safe, supportive, and warm environment as you begin to face whatever obstacles that initially brought you to therapy, and help you manage the conflicting feelings that often accompany this process.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and other issues rooted in complex trauma. I enjoy working with adult children of alcoholics and dysfunctional families who tend to struggle with various problems such as people pleasing, overthinking, and hypervigilance.
My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, and I pull from a variety of therapy models including DBT, attachment-based, family systems, and narrative therapy.
