I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan, and will integrate a faith-based approach with my clients who are seeking to integrate spirituality in their healing. I graduated from Colorado Christian University in 2021 with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate and know the importance of the therapeutic relationship and its ability that assists in the healing and hope for your future. Prior to gaining my Master's, I worked in a Mental Health Clinic providing psychoeducation with anxiety, depression and addiction. My desire is to help you discover who you want to become regardless of your past.
I use an integrative approach which is a blend of person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and existential therapy, EMDR, Gottman along with other treatment methods and will utilize and incorporate this in the healing process that can help with past wounds, hurts, and traumas that may be impacting you currently.
I believe each individual is uniquely created with skills, gifts and talents, and consider it an honor and privilege to help you discover your purpose through the work we will do together. I believe in seeing my clients through a holistic lens which gives me the ability to treat the whole person: mind, body and spirit.
