I have a passion for helping people conquer their past-trauma, family issues, personal struggles-and move into a free and peaceful future.
My style is direct while empathetic and supportive. I want my clients to be informed of and involved in the whole therapeutic process. The process will begin with building rapport and providing a safe environment for the expression of emotions. My style of counseling blends emotional processing with tangible cognitive and behavioral change.
