You don't have to hold everything together here. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment—a place where you can show up exactly as you are. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying so much for so long while being incredibly hard on themselves along the way. They often struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling like they can never escape their "funk". I believe healing happens in the context of safe relationships, so I strive to bring compassion and genuine care to our work together.
Often, our struggles are connected to painful experiences, old wounds, or ways the brain and body learned to cope over time. Together, we'll work to better understand your brain, body, and nervous system while making sense of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. By understanding these patterns, you may find greater self-esteem & emotional steadiness.
Therapy can help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and create meaningful, lasting change. My hope is that our work together helps you move toward healthier relationships with yourself and others and experience greater peace. My work is guided by the hope of the gospel, and for clients who desire it, I integrate faith into counseling.
